Michael and I stayed up watching a movie and playing board games until the ball dropped and we kissed in the New Year. So much to be thankful for in 2013, so much to look forward to in 2014. Here's hoping everyone has a great year!

Happy New Year!
We celebrated the New Year by taking the kids to a movie in the early evening, then had some fun when we got back...
We blew off fireworks and firecrackers, banged pots and pans, and
blasted the trumpet. I'm sure our neighbors are very happy that we did
all this at 8:00pm instead of Midnight!
The kids had fun, although Adelynn was cold and wanted to go back inside immediately.
